Liked songs disapear

My Question or Issue

Hey everybody,

Since a few weeks my playslist with liked songs has a problem. When I add song to it, they stay two or three days and then they suddenly disapear. My playlist is going back in the past, I only see songs I liked months ago. I already tried to reinstall the app, but it's still isn't working. So, what can I do now ?

Hi there @Chshla!

Interesting. Are the changes reflected on other platforms as well, like the desktop app or the Web Player? If yes, then this might be caused by an external app or service: I'd recommend removing all 3rd party apps from your account page.

While you're at it, it's also worth signing out everywhere and resetting your password to exclude the possibility of your account being compromised:

1. On your account page, go to Account overview.
2. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and select Sign out everywhere.
3. Reset your password here.
