Liked songs playlist is empty after doing a clean reinstall

My Question or Issue

So I did a clean reinstall of the app following the instructions you guys link on tons of posts, and now my liked songs playlist is completely gone. All 4700+ songs just POOF. I've done a clean reinstall about 3 or 4 times now to try and get it back with no luck. I've logged out and restarted my phone multiple times. Nothing. I would very much like to have my liked songs back, and I'm not gonna lie I actually cried a little bit when I saw they were gone. Please don't suggest I check the desktop version to see if they're there because all I have is my phone so I can't. I checked the web player and it won't even let me click on the liked songs playlist. The fact that the advice so often given by you guys erased nearly 5000 songs from my library is kind of ridiculous, and makes me think you should put a warning that this could happen or something. Any help in this issue is appreciated.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your library and will do everything we can to get you reunited with your favorite tunes. Note that the information on what is saved in your music library is not stored locally on your device, but rather on our servers. That way, when a (clean) reinstall gets performed, it shouldn't affect your music collection.

This leads us to believe that you might have logged in to the wrong account. Could you please give these steps here a go and see if you find any other accounts?
