I'm trying to transfer local files however every time I try to search the local files folder on mobile library nothing shows up. Even though both local file settings are turned on both mobile and on desktop. I think that's affecting my local sync as well, because my files won't sync. I made a downloads playlist with my files through desktop but when I search for the playlist on mobile it won't sync. I even reinstalled both programs on different devices.

Hey @anabelleasian,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

As the process to add your Local Files to your phone has changed over time, we'd first recommend making sure you're following the proper process by checking out this article.

If so and the issue persists, it could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This process will replace any damaged files and ensures you're running the latest app version.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Hi! I think the problem mostly persists that I can't find the local files folder. Everytime I search it on mobile library it says not available even though I have it on PC. I even have it pinned but it doesn't appear.

Hey @anabelleasian

Thanks for your reply.

As mentioned previously, the process of how to get your local files on your devices has changed. You need to store the files locally on your device, in this case, on your phone. You can check how to do so by following the steps in the link @OscarDC sent above.

Let us know how it goes.
