My Question or Issue

I have an MP3 file I want to add to my playlist but I can’t get Local Files to appear. I’ve set “Show Local Files” on in settings, cleared my cache, deleted and redownloaded the app, nothing works. It simply does not appear. Furthermore, nothing happens when I try to add a new source under “Show songs from”. Please help!

Let's get to the bottom of this 🙂
Does the individual song not appear or is it the entire browse pop-up that is missing for you?
A screenshot would also come in handy!

On another note, if you transfer your audio file to a mobile device, does it get recognized as an .mp3 file from the mobile app?
There might be a fault in the mp3 file itself.
