My Question or Issue

I've been using the local files system for a long time now, and it's worked flawlessly up until I got a new phone a few months ago. I can see the local files songs in my playlists and it says that they're downloaded to my phone, yet when I press play it grays out and tells me it's not synced and can't play the song. I don't know what's wrong since I'm on the same wifi as my laptop and followed all instructions to enable local files. It doesn't work with new songs I added either.

Hi there @bhpelk,

Thanks for the post.

Can you try removing the downloads and re-downloading your playlist? You can click the green download arrow, so it becomes grayed out on one of your playlists. After that clear your Spotify app data and cache from the app settings. Afterwards hit the green download button on your playlist again and check if the downloads are playable.

Let us know how it goes.
