Hey @4K1R4,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

If the issue happens with just one track, it's possible that it could be related to the audio file itself. Keep in mind that Spotify should support any audio file formats supported by your mobile device, but if they're not correctly syncing/playing within Spotify, you can try changing its format to MP3 (which is a more universal coding format) to see if it makes any difference.

We'd also recommend downloading the audio file from another legal source and adding it again to your local files by following the steps mentioned in this article to see if the issue persists.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

hello Oscar,

thank you for answering

the issue is happening only in that track, yeah. the file format is indeed MP3, and as i know, there shouldnt be a problem because of this. to add this, the file is not corrupt, nor is there any problems with it outside my PC.

thank you for answering.

Hi @4K1R4,

Thanks for your reply.

As this is only happening with one song, it's worth trying to reinstall the app on your computer with these steps. This will re-sync the files, so you can give it a try to check if that makes a difference. It's also worth trying to move your local files to another folder and use it as a source.

  1. Disable Local Files
  2. Place your audio files in a new folder
  3. Enable Local Files and restart the app
  4. Under Local Files in Settings, add the path to the new folder

Let us know how that goes.
