Lost Playlists HELP

Lost Playlists HELP

Hello, I think this must be a basic and common question.. but there was a payment problem with my account, I updated my payment/plan details and I lost all my playlists, I have read that probably the problem is because I have two accounts.. do you know how can I get my playlists back? or transferred to the account I have active now?

I tried to log in to the account where I have the playlists through Facebook, however I can't since it says that I can use Spotify abroad only 14 days (or something like that)

Can you please help me?

Hey there @Jorgecote

Thanks for reaching out - we’re here to help!

As you suggested, it's possible that you've logged in to the wrong Spotify account. Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have two Spotify accounts with different playlist collections. Check out this help page and make sure you go through all the troubleshooting steps for finding other accounts.

Spotify automatically backs up the playlists you create, so if you accidentally deleted one, you can easily get it back. Find out how with these steps

You can use Spotify in a country different than the one registered on your account for up to 14 days. After that, you need to upgrade to Premium or change the country registered on your account. This might be the reason you see a pop-up message saying you've been abroad more than 14 days.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
