My Question or Issue

Went to bed last night with...roughly 2,300 ish songs in my library/liked songs a few new radios I made yesterday. Woke up today to 1,230 songs in liked songs and all my recent radios vanished. Uhhhh what happened?

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

Let's start by eliminating the option of a sync issue happening on your account.

Please visit your account overview page, scroll down and click "Sign out everywhere" (make sure that you remember your log in credentials as this will sign you out from all of you devices).

 

Then log back in and check your account for any changes.

 

If nothing had changed, i recommend taking the steps provided on this support page and just for the extra action use this one as well.

Thanks for checking out my post and using the support pages.

 

If you eliminated the option of having a second account which holds the missing tracks, you account might have external interference which i'd suggest following the extra protection steps provided in the two support pages i add.
