Majority of playlist disappeared

Majority of playlist disappeared

After a recent update to version 8.8.70.532 majority of my downloaded music from my playlist has disappeared. I am still connected to the internet and most of my songs are still grayed out. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and still have the same issue. Why have my songs disappeared?

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

In this case, would you mind sending us the link to the playlist in which you noticed this behavior? That way, we can better visualize what you kindly noticed. You can do this by following the steps in this article to do it.

On another note, just to confirm, can you stream the songs that you see grayed out or did you mean you can download them but you can play them at all? Please send us a video recording of this behavior. You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

Lastly, would you mind sharing with us the make/model and OS of your device?
