Many liked songs suddenly missing from "Liked Songs" playlist

My Question or Issue

Many songs have disappeared from my "Liked Songs" playlist. The issue is NOT that they are greyed out, the issue is that they are not appearing there at all.

When sorting by date added, you can see there is a huge gap starting Oct 2018. Hundreds of songs are missing that I added to Liked in 2019.

This is affecting my windows desktop and iPhone. I've tried reinstalling Windows, but this did not work.

Please help!

First of all, it'd be useful to carefully read through the 'Can’t find something you saved?' section in this support site article to double-check whether the issue can't be explained on the grounds of the info featured there.

If it turns out the article couldn't help, would you mind sharing with us a video of what happens if you save a new song to your 'Liked Songs' and you try to look it up in the same list?

Hi Mario,

Thanks for the help. The issue is not resolved by the tips in the article.

I am not sure how to share a video, but when adding a new song to liked
songs the functionality behaves as expected, the song is added to the
playlist. It's just my historically liked songs are no longer appearing.

Is there a way we can restore my liked songs playlist?
