From what I can understand you're saying that you've redeemed the gift cards but the Premium time has not been extended?

If this is correct and you still have the gift cards with you, I'd first check if trying the codes again would say they have already been used.

In case they have been redeemed, would it be possible that you've redeemed them on a different account by mistake?
