[Mobile] Can't create playlist folders or move playlists to existing folders

My Question or Issue

I've never been able to create playlist folders or move playlists to existing folders on the mobile app. The option just isn't on the menus. I have tried a clean reinstall to no avail. I had assumed that these functions were just left off the app for some reason but I hope that's not the case. It is getting rather annoying as my playlists are piling up waiting to be sorted.

How often do ideas ever get implemented? It does feel like a futile effort.
