My Question or Issue:  After the last update my library of playlists has mostly disappeared. Of the 41 that I had only 10 remain, and oddly all of the more recent music (post 1960's) is gone. When I attempt to create a new playlist it is labeled Playlist 42 - so somewhere in Spotify my other playlists must exist since Spotify knows that the prior playlist I created was #41. How do I get access to my prior playlists back. I searched online and found an answer that refers to pages that do not appear when I click on Profile on my machine. The Spotify page also shows 43 public playlists but I can't seem to get to any of them other than the 10.

Hey @cirque1,

Thanks for reaching out.

As a first step, can you please check if the playlists appear on other devices? If yes, please try clean reinstalling the app on the affected device.

Let us know how it goes.
