My Question or Issue

With the new library set up I can only find some of my playlists through the Library. For some reason it's the ones I rarely play that appear in the list. The ones I play regularly still exist, but I have to search for them by title. This means when I'm choosing a playlist I have to remember most of them by title in order to select one, rather than seeing my options and choosing from them.

I've mostly figured out the new setup and it does have some benefits but this one is really hindering things as I play via my own playlists a lot.

Thanks for any help!

Hey there @Heatherjb,

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

In the new UI design you can pin your favorite playlists to the top of the Playlist page. Go to Your Library> Playlists> Find the playlist you listen to most often > click the 3-dot menu> Pin.

This way you can create easier access routes to your favorite playlists 🙂

Hope this helps. Don't hesitate to reach out again if you have questions.

Thank you Alex!

Unfortunately this option doesn't show up in the 3 dot menu for me on any playlists. I am in the process of creating new versions of my favourite playlists so I can access them more easily, at least until I play them enough and have to repeat this process.

Bit of a clunky solution, and considering I pay for Premium it's a bit disappointing, but it's the only way I can see.

Cheers,

Heather

Hey @Heatherjb,

Thanks for getting back to us 🙂

You can also swipe left on the chosen playlist in order to pin it.

In case that doesn't work, it's a good idea to restart the device and then to log out and log back in again to check if that makes a difference.

If nothing changes, you can send us a video recording if what you're seeing. We'll look into this further.

Keep us in the loop.
