My Question or Issue

My wife and I have shared a premium account trial for the past 3 months during which she has monopolised it and pretty much taken over, although it’s my account with my email. So now the trial is over I have subscribed to a Family Plan and invited her and my kids to join in order to have their own sub accounts. How do I transfer all the songs she has ‘liked’ on my account to her account once she has accepted the invitation I’ve sent?

I have a similar issue. My husband and I were logged in incorrectly. After logging out and logging in correctly, all my choices are stuck on his phone and vice versa.  I can’t even figure out how to just clear everything and start over

Hey folks.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about this.

Currently, there's not a direct way to transfer content between accounts. As a workaround, you can create a new playlist using the desktop app or the Web Player, select all the Liked songs (CTRL + A) and drag them to the new one. After that, you can share the link of the playlist with the other user so they can open it and like the songs they want the most.

As another note, a similar idea about sharing your liked songs has already been suggested here - feel free to add your vote to it by hitting the “Thumbs up” button to show your support for it. We'd also recommend taking a look at its Status for more info. Any relevant updates about this will be posted there.

Lastly @ksennes, it's not possible to reset your taste profile at the moment, but you can keep listening to your favorite music to guide the suggestions in the right way to start receiving more content based on your own taste.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.
