My Following artists and listening history are wiped out from my account.

My Following artists and listening history are wiped out from my account.

I just joined a family plan premium and my app got very boggy so I deleted the app and logged in again to see my library is shuffled completely and my following artists and listening history and explicit content completely wiped out.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

 

Based on what you mentioned, it's possible that you're logged into a different account. To check if you have more than one account on Spotify, follow these specific steps. If you can locate your other account, make sure to ask the Premium Family plan's owner to remove that account from the plan and to send another invite so you can join from your main account. 

 

Additionally, we'd recommend closing your other account to avoid any future mix ups. If you have any content you'd like to transfer from that account before closing it, you can do it with these steps.
