Music not downloading

Anyone know why my music isn't downloading? There's no download option yet I have paid for premium?

If it helps I'm based in New Zealand and my phone is Oppo A16. Never had this issue before when I renewed my plan last month.

Same for me. It's been like this for a while. There's been three updates but nothing has happened. It's the same on both my private and work phone. 

Also wanna add that I live in Sweden, if thats relevant I don't know.
