Would you mind giving us some more details, so we can better understand what's happening? Are you able to play your Liked Songs playlist by clicking on the green play-button on top? What about when you're searching for an artist?
If you're not seeing any error messages and you're able to play content via the -button on mobile, it sounds like you might be on the free version of Spotify. Keep in mind that with free, playback is shuffled on Spotify for mobile except on certain playlists such as those made for you.
