My Question or Issue

This issues caused in every device with my account. I relogged in and reinstalled the relevant apps (also cleaned the cache in every device). It seems to be an account problem.

Normally I use the Your Mixtape 1 to 6 with regularly generated music from Spotify for my account. In each Mixtape there are songs with the same type.

I cannot play this generated playlist in the Mixtape.

- If I start the Mixtape, it will play a song, which is not in the Mixtape

- If I press the Play button of the first song, nothing happened, no song will be played.

The Video shows "My Mixtape 3" (created by Spotify),

- I started the Mixtape (it played another song, not listed there)

- I click on the first song to play ("You make me feel alive"), nothing happens.

Hey @bepeppered,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about this.

That's an odd behavior. To continue investigating it, since we can see on the video that the playback is coming from a different device, could you confirm if the app has the same behavior if you play the tracks directly from the device you're currently using instead of using Connect

Also, since this could be network-related as well, could you try connecting your devices to a different network to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Lastly, it would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your devices - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

We'll be on the lookout.
