My Spotify playlists can’t open on a older phone but open in a newer phone

My Question or Issue

Well, when I open my old phone which I use for songs and such the playlists I’ve saved don’t open and the circle keeps on going round and round It loaded just fine 2 weeks ago but now it’s broken

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

We're sorry to hear this is happening. Keep in mind that while Spotify supports some older devices, it's still expected that the device will lose some of the capabilities it had as the app continues to be updated and optimized. Since you mention it works fine with a newer phone, this is most likely the reason. We'd suggest continuing to use the device in which it works.
