My albums and artists lists in my library are empty

I transferred all my music from Apple Music. I added all those songs to my liked songs. Nothing is appearing in the albums and artists lists under "My Library." It's been like this for a while. iOS and MacOS.

If you have imported all the music from a different platform, it's possible that they were added to your library as Local files. In this case, since the Albums and Artists sections will only show content liked or followed from our music catalog and the local files are not part of it, the app will not be able to recognize and categorize those files into the mentioned sections.

In this case, we'd recommend searching for the artist/album in our catalog, following them and checking if the contents is available under the Artists/Albums section or not. If not, as it could be related to some damaged cache, we'd also recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.
