My favorites playlist has been wiped to a very old version of itself

My device logged out of my account, when i logged back in most of my account was reverted to really far back, all my saved playlist where gone and the "favorites" playlist, which is the one that i use the most, was left with only 17 songs out of a few hundred that i saved over the years.
Is there some way to get all that information back?
