My playlist has songs that I did not add to that list?

Have you already made sure that it's not a Collaborative playlist? Remember that any collaborators with access to your playlist can add songs to it.

If this is not the case, you can try logging out everywhere by following these steps. This will close any active sessions on other devices and stop other people from using your account by mistake.
