Need help in listening to songs by artist OFFLINE

Good day! So I've been a Spotify Premium subscriber for years now but after deciding to get YT Premium (because I despise ads), I unsubscribed Spotify for a year and a half (2019-2020). Nevertheless, the music streaming app I used sucks in all ways possible so I re-subscribed to Spotify. I found out that there are quite a lot of changes which I didn't recognize but which bums me out the most is the feature which I consider the reason why I re-subscribed Spotify: being able to listen to songs by an artist offline.

If my memory doesn't fail me, before, I can only click the name of an artist and even if I'm on offline, I'll be able to play said artist's all downloaded songs. For example, I'm in the mood to listen to some Paramore, I'd just click artists and then Paramore, and then I'll be able to play their songs. I figured that the artists tab got removed (but will soonafter be back once you start following some artists) but when I finally click an artist's name while offline, it sometimes requires me to connect to the internet. What I mean by that is I'll be able to open some artists' page while some won't. Now that's really inconvenient because my work is in places where signal is too weak to connect to mobile data.

Need a little bit of help here and hopefully the answer will not be a very tiring and effort-exerting make a playlist for each artist then. Thank you so much and stay safe!

Attached photos are from when I clicked Golden Child & VIXX. Golden Child appeared properly and I was able to play my downloaded Golden Child songs on shuffle but when I clicked VIXX, it asked me to connect to the internet. I'm following both artists.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

Does this happen also when the app is manually set to Offline mode via the settings? We recommend doing this when you loose your network connection in order to best optimize the app. 

In any case, let us know if the issue persists after performing a clean reinstall. That way you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue.

If the Artist pages still don't load properly please let us know the exact Spotify version you're running, as well as the make, model and OS version of your device.
