New UI custom playlist sort is broken in web app

New UI custom playlist sort is broken in web app

Running Firefox 113.0.1 64 bit

I'm not able to re-order playlists.  There is a tooltip that appears every time I click on custom order that claims that if I click and drag, I can re-arrange playlists, but clicking and dragging does nothing.  It still works in the desktop app, but I can't install the desktop app on my work PC (and getting ad-free music on my work PC is the whole reason I am paying for Spotify).

Disclaimer: I'm not going to complain about the new UI.  There are several thousand complaints on this forum already from fellow desktop users, obviously Spotify is aware of how big a step back it is from the old library UI in terms of usability and doesn't care because we are a declining segment of their revenue and they are trying to unify UI with mobile.  But I am going to complain when it doesn't work.

Hi there @locusts-of-chir,

Thanks for the post.

Make sure you've selected both the Playlists button and the Custom order sorting option. Otherwise moving playlists about won't work.

If that still doesn't work for you on Firefox, try using another browser, like Chrome.

Hope this helps.

Yes, I did.  I think I specified in the original post.  Following the same procedure in the desktop app works, but specifically in the web app in Firefox the playlists cannot be dragged and dropped.  Individual tracks can still be dragged and dropped in the playlists themselves, this is specifically a bug I am trying to report to you...

Switching browsers is unfortunately not an option.  This is a corporate PC and I am not allowed to install any software.  Hopefully this bug gets fixed.
