New pisodes folder - how te delete podcast

My Question or Issue

Once in a while the free podcast(s) I listen to have a to-be-paid-for episode. For these episodes the menu choice 'mark as played' (or just a new one 'remove') is not available and it is impossible to get rid of them. They clutter up my 'new epiosdes' folder.

How do I delete these?

Can you let us know if you can remove it on the desktop version?

Also, can you give us the URI of the podcast?

It would also be great if you can let us know which version of the app you have?

Hi, I don't get the option to delete individual podcast episodes from my episodes on mobile or desktop (Mac OS) or web version of Spotify. It's all looking very cluttered in my episodes now and I don't want to auto delete them because I keep some of them for repeated listening. Any advice would be much appreciated. I can't understand why this is so difficult to figure out and why there is no delete option in the 3 dotted menu!

To keep investigating this, could you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

Also, it would be great if you could include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running on your device and the URI of the podcast as previously requested by @Jeremy.
