No Discover Weekly at my Spotify account

Considering moving to Premium account (Spotify came to my country not so long ago). So I'm actively using Spotify for 4+ weeks and still didn't get any Discover Weekly playlist. New releases are here, but can't find Discover Weekly even throughout search (some people do it when they DW disappears). Should I wait a bit more or it's a bug?

Discover Weekly playlist is currently not available in all countries. Rest assured, Spotify is often testing and launching improvements and new features. This means you might see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or get a new feature to try temporarily. 

To make sure you don't miss a thing, you can enable automatic updates on your device.
