No Your Top 100 Songs 2019 on my Spotify

Hi!

I got an email a few weeks ago to say that my Top 100 Songs Of 2019 playlist was ready for download. However, I tried to access it on the app on both iPhone and iPad but gotten either error messages or links to last year or the year before’s playlist. I’m in the UK and have a premium account.
