My Question or Issue

Been subscribed to Spotify since 15.07 (almost three weeks from now on), but I still don't get Discover Weekly playlist. When looking for it at https://www.spotify.com/ru-ru/discoverweekly/ but all I get is a message that I'm new to Spotify. All my friends get DW playlist first monday since they subscribed, and I didn't get it in three weeks.

Been listening a lot, liking a lot and still no DW.

Is there any solutions to this problem, except starting new account?

Hi @mechazawabetta!

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.

Try logging out and closing the app, then launching it again and logging back into your Spotify account.

Let me know if this helps.

Cheers!

Hi, @SoundShots

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately logging out and closing the app didn't help.

Web version gives me this:

Windows and iOS versions don't give me anything at all.

Thanks for getting back to me.

It takes some weeks for Spotify to know your tastes and recommend you songs based on them.

Since you started using Spotify few weeks ago, I suggest you to wait some more weeks and then you should see the Discover Weekly as well.

Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Hey @mechazawabetta, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

It seems like this playlist is not yet available in your area at the moment. Don't worry, make sure to enable automatic updates on your device so you don't miss a thing.

I hope you'll find this useful. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to reach back out.
