Hello.

I can't see any of my followed podcasts in Podcasts section/tab in "Your Library"

I can see my followed podcasts in "Your Library" both on Smart TV and on desktop (Linux). But not in my phone.

Please, don't give me advise to "turn it on and off again" in any variation.

I have tried to uninstall, "clean uninstall" (I'm sure there's no such thing, and it makes no sense to uninstall app, turn off phone and then install it again, but I did it anyway...).

Yes, and I have NO connection issues either, just don't recommend to try another network, because this clearly is not a connection issue.

It's pretty annoying to remember all the podcasts I have followed. If Spotify wants to users actually listen to podcasts, it could be nice to see them in my library, not search for them every single time.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

We'd recommend trying to clear all app cache and reinstalling the app again. 

If after that you still can't see any podcasts on your phone, try logging in with a different account. You can ask a friend/family member to log in with theirs or create a free account for test purposes. This will help us see if the issue is related to your account specifically.
