Mi pregunta o problema

No puedo agregar canciones a la playlist compartida que tengo con una amiga, todo estaba bien hasta este fin de semana pasado pero a partir del día domingo 29 de diciembre no puedo agregar canciones a la playlist compartida que tengo. Esto nunca me había sucedido, ya probé desinstalando la aplicación de mis dispositivos y volviendo a instalar, cerrando e iniciando sesión y nada me funciona.

La playlist a la que quiero agregar canciones es la que tiene la foto de los gatos pero no me aparece.

Espero me ayuden por favor, esa playlist es muy importante para mí.

Thanks for posting this thread in the Community and for the screenshots! We hope you don't mind a response in English since this is the official language of the forum. 

 

If you're unable to add songs and you've already performed some troubleshooting steps, would you mind reaching out to your friend and double-check with them if they've changed the playlist privacy? I recommend that you take a look at this help article to ensure the settings are correct and to also ensure that the playlist is collaborative.

Ya lo verifique con ella y todo está normal, tal y como se mencionan en los artículos que me mandaste pero aún así no me deja agregar canciones://

Thanks for the reply!

 

Could you ask your friend to remove you as a collaborator of the playlist and then send you a new invite? They can do so by following the steps listed here.

 

Also, keep in mind that the Web Player doesn't support collaborative playlists just yet, so make sure to open the playlist in the app 🙂
