No puedo reproducir musica descargada, sin conexion

Desde hace unos días, quiero escuchar mis playlsit descargadas sin internet, pero no puedo, me sale la leyenda *sin conexión a internet* a pesar de tener varias playlist descargadas, ya probe a reinstalar la aplicación, borrar cache, volver a descargar las playlist pero no se soluciona el problema, ya revise si esta actualizada la app y esta todo en orden pero no se porque pasa esto. tengo el plan premium individual incluso probe a cerrar sesión y volver a iniciar, pero el problema persiste

Just to make sure, you've turned on the Offline mode of the app as described here, right? 

If this is the case and you still have issues with the Offline content, you can check out this Ongoing Issue thread. 

Let us know, if the Offline mode was turned off or on.
