No updates for New Punk Tracks playlist

No updates for New Punk Tracks playlist

It looks like the New Punk Tracks playlist hasn't been updated in two weeks. I've tried signing out, reinstalling client apps, etc, but it still shows 15 days since last update. Doesn't matter if I'm using the web player, desktop app (Linux), or iOS app.

Hey there @mchandler,

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help you further with this.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This is different than a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Another useful thing to do is to try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist.

Keep us posted. We're always one reply away 🙂

Cheers!

Live, love, laugh and listen to music 🙂

A clean uninstall of the iOS app didn't fix the issue. I also deleted the Linux desktop app and associated files, which had no effect. What's interesting is that the problem only occurs on this one playlist--all other Spotify-curated playlists are correct/updated.

Hi again @mchandler

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

If possible, you can ask a friend or a family member to log into their personal account from any of your devices to see if they can replicate this.

Also, did you notice anything new with a different connection?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

No difference when using a different connection.

Had someone check the playlist on their device with their account, and the playlist was last updated on 12/18/2020 (same as what I see). They checked their account on my iPhone, and it also showed 12/18/2020.

Hi again @mchandler

Thanks for getting back to us.

We appreciate you taking the time to report this. Hopefully this playlist will be updated in the upcoming weeks, so we'd recommend checking it regularly.

If there's anything else we can help you with, don't hesitate to let us know.

Have a good one.
