My Question or Issue

I currently have 311 songs in my 'Liked Songs' playlist, all of which are showing on the Web Player. However, on mobile, I can see that only 10 of them are in my 'Liked Songs' playlist. I have tried clearing cache but it's still the same. It's been happening for a while now.

Hi @ytho0723

Thanks for your reply.

Just to confirm, if you add another song to your Likes, are you able to see it on the phone?

We'd also recommend making sure to follow these steps when reinstalling the app. A clean reinstall is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

Let us know how it goes.

Hey @ytho0723,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

We recommend that you first make sure that you're logged in to the same account on both the app and the web player. This Spotify FAQ can help with locating any unknown secondary account.

If that doesn't fix things, could you share a screenshot of how the Liked Songs playlist looks in both instances from your end?

Keep us posted. The Community is always one reply away.

Yes, I have checked that I am logged into the same account. Here are the screenshots on both web player and mobile.

It didn't show up on mobile when I added a new song on the web player, but it showed when I added it on mobile. Not sure what happened?

I had tried reinstalling before, which didn't fix the problem. I didn't know that clean reinstallation was a thing, but it seems to have done the job. Thank you!
