Offline content

I have an account in the context of a Premium Familiar plan, and I have changed my phone and, as I had downloaded songs to play online, the system does not let me download more content.

iPhone 14

Operating System

My Question or Issue

My question is how can I delete all the downloaded songs from the devices I have logged in with my account? So I can download the content on my new phone and play music everywhere, even when I have no connection.

Hey @ignagarcia8,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

I recommend maling sure that you've removed all Spotify offline music from the devices that you don't use, otherwise, they'll still count towards your offline device limit. 🙂

To remove offline music from a device, open the Spotify app > Settings > Storage > Remove all downloads.

Let me know how it goes!
