Once I've created a song/album radio I can't follow it?

My Question or Issue

Once I've created a song or album radio with the three dot button, there's no option to add or favourite or whatever the radio - just a play radio button... so obviously every time I click off it that radio disappears!

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.

Once you have created a radio you can save it to your library pressing the green heart button. In this way you don't need to create the radio every time.

Make sure you follow what @SoundShots already suggested. In case this doesn't work for you, follow the steps described here on how to perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device. This will refresh your current app version with all necessary updates. 

If you still see no change after the clean reinstall, send us a video recording showing how it looks on your end. Just attach the video to your next response to us by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. Make sure the recording doesn’t include any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.

Thanks for your reply.

Currently on the Web player you can only Start Radio from a song or artist. Which automatically adds the songs from the Radio to your queue and does not create a playlist with songs like on Desktop or Mobile. You'd need to use the Desktop/Mobile app to be able to Like a Radio. Once you've added the [Song name] Radio to your playlist collection you can play it like a normal playlist on the Web player.
