My Question or Issue

Last night I tried to log in to my account . It didn’t work I contacted an advisor , they said my acc was disabled and they fixed it for me. But after I logged in to my acc THERE WERE NO PLAYLISTS . All of my songs and playlists were gone (except the Liked Songs) I even tried that Recover Deleted Playlists thing from the site but it said you haven’t deleted any playlists. 😞 help me please

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

I have do everything you say about this and i steal can't find my profile.
