Pc local files not syncing to my phone?

My Question or Issue

My pc wont sync the local files with my phone but it will with my laptop. I have read through too many articles of how to fix local files syncing and have done virtually everything. I even contacted support and they couldn't help me either. Whenever I try syncing with my laptop it says that one device can sync but it wont recognize my pc as one for some reason. My problem is identical to someone elses post I found earlier

I tried fixing my problem the same way he did but i can't get anything to work and im wondering why the problem is only with my pc. Ive run out of ideas entirely and I just want to know why I have this problem only with my pc.

Can you clarify if you're trying to sync local files from your Desktop PC to your iPhone and that it's not working? And when you try to sync files from your laptop to your phone it is working?

Or are you trying to sync files from the Desktop PC to the laptop?

I cannot syn local files from my desktop pc to my phone but it works if I sync my laptop local files to my phone.

Thank you for keeping in contact.

We've seen reports that some wired devices may present issues syncing local files to iOS devices, as the required Bonjour protocol is very specific about the network requirements to connect such devices.

As an alternative, we’d recommend copying the local files from your PC to the laptop and then perform the sync through it.
