Pin only 2

Solved!

Pin only 2

I'm trying to pin my top 4 favourite playlists. I have 2 pinned, but when I try to add a 3 it says I can only pin 4 and I'm out of pins. Is there some secret pins somewhere that I can't see or is this just a straight up glitch?

Hey there @damec

Thanks for getting back to us.

That's odd. Just to confirm, have you tried reinstalling the app on your phone by following the steps I've sent previously?

If so and the issue persists, could you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row? This will trigger a sync between your account and phone.

If that doesn't make the difference either, could you let us know if you're using a VPN? If so, we suggest that you disable it since it can affect the app's performance. It's also worth trying again with a different internet connection.

Let us know how it goes.

Hey there @damec

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you send us some screenshots where we can see your pinned playlists in Your Library and the error message you're getting? We'll take a closer look. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

We'll be on the lookout.

I'm mostly using the online version cause I'm at work, though it also isn't working on my mobile app

I was able to get it to work on my phone after signing in and out a few times. Hopefully it'll work on the web browser version, but I'm off work today so I can't check

Hi @damec,

Thanks for your reply and for keeping us updated.

We're glad to know you were able to do it on your phone. The changes should reflect on your other devices right away. However, if they don't and you're not able to do it from the Web Player, just let us know. We'll take a look.

Cheers!

I got the error again when I was on the web player at work

Hey @damec,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Does the same experience occur on a different browser with a different PC, not the company one?

Keep us posted.

Cheers!
