My Question or Issue

I love curating playlist and therefor tried to optimize one of my playlists. Since then the playlist hardly didn't grow anymore. I'm concerned I might have overoptimized the title and descriptions.

1. Is it possible you to overoptimize a title & description? Could this cause a penalty?

2. How does Spotify handle keywords in the title and description? Does everything in there gets taken into account or a certain part?

3. Does position of the keyword in the title or description (being more to the front or back) makes impact on organic visibility?
