Playlist and Weird Profiles Issue

My Question or Issue

Hi, it's been a while since I logged-in using this account. While browsing on my playlists I noticed that there are playlist that I don't recognized and added, because of my curiosity I clicked the user/profile that created the playlist and I found it sketchy, there are bunch of them. It's like they are some kind of bots. But what I find weird more about is that they added their playlist into my account.

I want to know what should I do? Should I remove it one by one or you could suggest anything?

If you think your account is compromised I would request you to follow the steps mentioned here to prevent unauthorised access 

I further request you to remove any unwanted playlist and actions you find in your account currently
