Playlist deleted

Hello, as I changed my account to premium I lost my playlists I had as a free user. How can I recover them?

Hi Lola47, I'm sorry you aren't seeing your playlists anymore! To start, I'd recommend double-checking that the account you upgraded is the same one you were using as a free user. Are there any email addresses or login methods that you might have used on an account?

Thanks! I checked and am pretty sure it is the same account as same email.

This is some odd app behaviour indeed!
Switching your subscription plan should never affect any of your library items.
Could you check if there's anything available when you click here to recover missing playlists?

If not, what @mauve_minnow has said may still apply - I'd check if you don't maybe have a side account created via Facebook / Google.
