My Question or Issue

Hello -

I have a playlist that I’ve saved, let’s call this “Fam Mix 1” for theoretical purpose.
The playlist both works on my iPhone, and my partners iPhone. All songs are there. I can see “Fam Mix 1” is there.

When starting up the Spotify app on the TV, I can see “Fam Mix 1” - when selecting this playlist, all I get it the message “This playlist is empty”

I can play “Fam Mix 1” from my phone, and then play it onto the Tv, the top left corner will say “playing from Fam Mix 1”, so it acknowledges a playlist exists, but still says “this playlist is empty”

Have tried clearing caches on both phones, have checked the app is updated to latest version on both phones and TV.

This message still shows up.

Does anybody have any ideas ?

Thank you.

Hey @stefantomic94,

Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed description of your issue.

As a first step, can you copy the contents of the playlist to a new one and check if the same thing happens? Also, try logging in with a different account on the TV.

Let us know how it goes.
