Hello there.
I recently went looking for unknown playlist for my incoming road trip and I've noticed that when I liked one it didn't update the numbers of like on the playlist,on either mobile or web application.
Does someone have an explanation/have the same issue ?

Same problem since yesterday. You see only when someone removed his follow from a playlist.

Its on all playlists on spotify.

Could you try to log out > restart your phone > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?

We'd also recommend to try performing a clean reinstall of the app on your device. It'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and fixes and will remove any corrupted files from previous installations that might be interfering with the app's performance.

If that doesn't do it for you, we'll need to know if this happens on all your devices. It'd also be great if you could tell us the exact make and model of the affected device, its operating system, as well as your Spotify version. Any screenshots you can provide will also be help us investigate further.

Hi,

a clean reinstall doesnt work. The problem is global and everyone i know does have this problem (Labels, Artists ...) The follower count is really delayed or it doesnt even work (on PC or Phone either). 

We have this problem since 4 days. 

And for labels who spend money to advertise theire playlists its really annoying if you dont see the true follower count. 

Even Spotify Playlists are loosing constantly followers.

Same here. Likes are not updated (web player, iOS app with reinstallation, desktop software Mac).

Yeah its definitely not a client problem ....

But if you tell the spotify support about this problem you get always the same answers - clean reinstall ....

Hi everyone,

Our tech folks have made some changes backstage recently, so this should now be fixed - just make sure you're running the latest version of Spotify. Could you confirm if everything looks good on your end?
