My Question or Issue

when I make a playlist it doesn't show up in my 'artist page' and even when I change the visibility of my exsisting playlist in the page it doesn't get updated.

Hi @kynan!

 

Could you share the playlist's URL so we can have a look? Also, could you confirm that you were following the steps in this article?

 

Ensure that the playlist you'd like to be featured on your Artist profile is set to Public (so that people can access it) and that you've added it to your profile (right-click the playlist or tap and hold if you're on mobile > Add to profile).

 

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

I tried the steps but not working.

 

Here is a link for a playlist that's not visible in my playlist but is set to public.

If you click the link you can see it is public but if you jump to my profile you won't be able to see it in the 'Public Playlist' list.

Thank you for keeping in contact.

For the process to be successful, the playlist needs to be set as Public on the three-dot menu. After making sure of it, try to add the playlist to your artist profile using the Web browser with the steps mentioned in the previous article. However in case that you're still having troubles, we'd recommend doing the process in the app:

1. Tap the profile icon in the bottom-right.

2. Next to Artist Playlists tap EDIT.

3. Tap + Add Playlist.

4. Search for the playlist or paste a Spotify link.

If the issue still persists, include in your next response a screenshot where we can see the playlist set to Public and any error messages you could get to keep investigating further.
