Playlist was taken down for no apparent reason

Playlist was taken down for no apparent reason

One day out of nowhere my Spotify playlist had its name and picture removed and I had received a message through my email which stated "We have found the following content to be in violation of our content policies, and we have removed it. Please see our Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use for more information". Whenever I would try and change the picture or name it would be removed within 10 minutes and I would receive the same email. I am not sure what I have done for this to occur but I'm wondering if there is any way that I could revert this. For the time being, I have copied my songs to a new playlist but I would like to keep my old playlist because I had my songs in an order that I liked.

Hello!

I'm sorry to hear what happened,I wouldn't want my playlists tampered with.

Do you mind sharing the name and profile pic,it might help figure out how they violate the Ts and Cs. In the meantime, you can copy your playlist in its order by clicking on "Add to other playlist" and then you create a new one.

Thanks for reaching out 💛

The name of the playlist was "808". I have attached the playlist cover with this reply. I had completely neglected the thought of my cover being the reason for removal. I can see how this would be considered a violation of terms and conditions, and I am willing to change it. All that I ask is to maintain the original playlist.

I'm glad we've established what the issue was. You'll find that the question of whether or not you can still use the playlist may be controlled by a bot. Go ahead and try a new cover for the playlist.

If it's not working, I'm afraid you'll have to use "Add to another playlist".
