My Question or Issue

My playlists aren't syncing between my phone and my tablet. If I follow or create a playlist on my phone, it doesn't appear in my library on my tablet and vice versa. Signing out and in still doesn't make them appear, but reinstalling the app does, however only temporarily and I'm having to do this every time I save a new playlist, sometimes multiple times a day.

This is odd, so let's check what's happening. First up, do you mean that the playlists stop showing up from on of your devices? Additionally, does it usually happen on one device in particular? Or they disappear from any of the devices you use?

 

On another note, could you check if it happens from a different device and the Web Player?

 

Lastly, would you mind sending us a video recording of this behavior? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

Hi - my issue is that if I create a new playlist on one device (e.g. on my phone) it does not appear in my library on my other device (e.g. my tablet).I  just checked this with a playlist I created on my phone yesterday - it still had not appeared on my tablet today (despite using the app multiple times on both devices since then).

However I have also just noticed though that if I then create a new playlist on my tablet, my missing playlist then appeared in my library (but then that new playlist didn't appear on my phone).

Is there a way to get my library to sync automatically, without needing to force it every time I create a new playlist (by re-installing the app or creating a new playlist etc.)?

What you're describing sounds similar to what's been reported by other users in this thread. Our teams are looking into this, so feel free to have look there for more details. Should it be what you're experiencing as well, you can leave a comment there too.

If you're experiencing another issue, however, it would be great if you could send us screenshots or videos showing how things look on your phone compared to your tablet, so that we can have a closer look as well.
