Podcasts & Playlists - what time zone are they set to?

I live in New Zealand (GMT+13 time zone). I subscribe to several podcasts and playlists. Each of these podcast/playlists state which day of the week they update on - but they don't state which time zone applies to their update day.

Me being in GMT+13 means I'm 'a day ahead' of most podcasts/playlist creators I listen to. Is there a way to find out which time zone each of my podcasts/playlists are tied to?

Or, because Spotify knows which time zone I am in, are all podcast/playlist update days tailored to my time zone?

Thanks for reaching out.

Spotify-created playlists update according to the user's time zone, however, since you mention "playlist creators" we're guessing you mean non-Spotify-created ones. In this case (and in the case of podcasts), the updates should happen in the creator's time zone.
