Problem with playlist copyright takedowns?

I have a playlist that consists of a radio stations playlist. I previously had an image of their logo and the title of the playlist was the name of the station (There are 10+ with the same name).

It was taken down for copyright so I removed the image, and put a very basic image with the text in a basic font that doesn't infringe anyone's copyright or trademark.

It got taken down again, I removed the image and just left the text, and again it's been taken down twice now. Spotify are unresponsive about this.

Has anyone else had this problem?

To add, they seem to be targeting my playlists (this isn't the only one I had problems with) because the playlists auto update from their daily playlists and they have a fair few followers). You can't copyright the actual playlist so these takedowns are probably illegal.

Or if anyone knows who to contact about this? I've emailed several Spotify email addresses but my emails are ignored.

So after emailing a bunch of contacts at spotify, including the CEO, they decided to review the copyright takedowns and found that they were because of reports from other users and found to not infringe in copyright. 

Good to see it's so easy for users to abuse the takedown system and Spotify are lazy to do much about it.
