Profile showing old playlists

My Question or Issue

When I view my profile, it only shows 1 playlist that I made private forever ago, and I wanted to know how to fix this to make it accurate.  Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out. On what devices do you still see this? Do you see it in the webplayer? Do other people see it when they look up your account? Please send us some screenshots of these things so we can have a closer look.
